Welcome — I’m Vanessa.

I teach yoga, lead sound baths, and offer gentle practices that help you come back to yourself.

My intention is to hold safe, nurturing spaces where you can slow down, feel supported, and leave a little lighter.

As a mother of two and a former social worker, I’ve seen how easy it is to give until there’s nothing left to give.

In my own season of postpartum depression, I discovered how steady practices—breath, movement, and sound—can restore energy, soothe the nervous system, and gently rebuild confidence.

Blooming with Finess grew from that experience: a way to offer real support for real life.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes and sound baths are here to help you feel more centered, less stressed, and encouraged to carry these practices into your everyday life.

I offer yoga classes and sound healing throughout the Inland Empire, with a special focus on supporting women and mothers.

I also bring gentle, restorative practices into workplaces and events—especially for people who spend their days caring for others.

Wherever you join me, my intention is to create a gentle invitation into yoga and a warm community you can always return to.
